hope youre eating well today and working out! Im on day 5 of my eating well and working out hardcore! I feel so good.
Love you, and thanks for your support. Lets do some sort of walk for a cure or some kind of wallclimbing thing at some point over the next few weeks. I think it would be a challenge for us both and also a great date!

so i haven't done much with this since i joined. actually, i haven't done much about my weight either. i want to begin watching what i eat, and going to the gym more. i just need to really focus, i guess.

My name is Pat and I'm a graphic designer in London, Ontario, Canada.

I started gaining weight when I was in high school, as I started working and stopped playing sports. I gained even more when I went to college. By the summer of 2007, I weighed about 270.

I started working with a personal trainer on December 6, 2007. By February, I was down to around 240 lb. When I moved back to London, I got down to around 220.

For the past several months, I have hovered between 215 and 225. I struggle with sticking to an eating plan, as well as sticking to working out. I work 40 hours a week, plus 2-3 nights a week I have band practice. Add on top of that a social life, and everything gets very busy.

Over the fall I plan to really nail down a full plan for myself, and stick to it. I'm trying to keep track on my blog (www.patdryburgh.net).
